Victor, Idaho · Winter Monthly RV Sites · Nov 1 — April 30
Full-hookup concrete pads on the quiet side of the Tetons. 30 minutes to Grand Targhee, an hour to Jackson — monthly winter sites for a fraction of valley rent.
From $550/month + metered electric
The Math
Teton winters without Teton rent
A winter rental anywhere in the valley costs thousands. Your rig on a full-hookup pad costs hundreds.
WINTER RENTAL IN THE VALLEY
$2,000+
a studio, if you can find one
YOUR 70’ PULL-THROUGH
$850
per month + metered electric
YOU KEEP $1,000+ EVERY MONTH
Camper-van sites start at $550/month. Water, sewer, and trash included on every site.
Important to know: Winter monthly sites are long-term occupancy, not a nightly campground stay. Every occupant 18 or older applies and passes a background check before approval, and your stay runs on a signed site agreement with a fixed end date. No surprises — for you or your neighbors.
Built For
People who winter on their own wheels
If your rig is your home base and the Tetons are your season, this is the affordable side of the hill.
Grand Targhee Staff
Lift ops, patrol, F&B — 30 minutes to the lifts and a hot tub waiting after your shift. Bring the rig, skip the housing scramble.
Jackson Workers
Commute over Teton Pass and pay Idaho site rent instead of Jackson apartment rent. Keep your paycheck.
Traveling Professionals
13-week contracts at St. John’s or Madison Memorial with your own place on wheels — full hookups, fiber wifi, no lease-hunting.
Full-Time RVers
Chasing winter instead of escaping it. A plowed, full-hookup base camp in the middle of ski country.

Questions
The short answers
How does it work?
Apply online — every occupant 18 or older submits their own application and passes a background check. Once approved, you sign a winter site agreement with a fixed end date, we block your site, and set up monthly billing.
What’s the minimum stay?
30 nights for the monthly rate, any dates between November 1 and April 30. Shorter stays run at our nightly rates.
Is there a deposit?
One month’s site rent, refundable at checkout assuming your site is left in good shape.
Are utilities included?
Water, sewer, and trash are included. Electric is metered and billed at cost — winter heating varies a lot by rig, so you pay only for what you use.
Will my rig handle the winter?
Victor winters are real. We plow the common drives all season; you keep your own site and awning clear. A heated water hose and skirting are strongly recommended.
How fast is the wifi?
Fiber wifi across the park — fast enough for video calls and streaming. Remote workers winter here; it just works.
Can I get mail and packages?
Yes — the front desk receives mail and packages for monthly guests.
Can I extend mid-season?
Yes — let us know 14 days before your end date and we’ll extend at the same monthly rate with a new signed agreement, subject to availability.
Do I need 4WD?
Strongly recommended — you’re 5 minutes from Driggs and 30 from Targhee, and Teton Pass in winter is no joke.
Ready to park it for the season?
Tell us your dates, your rig, and who’s coming. We’ll review your application and hold your site for the winter.
